The merger of IWOfurn with Integrated Worlds creates potentials: it bundles forces, creates ressources and strengthens competences!

We are pleased to announce that as of August 1, 2022, two strong companies will join forces. IWOfurn Service GmbH and Integrated Worlds GmbH will become one company: Integrated Worlds GmbH. The managing directors and shareholders Klaus Bröhl, Dietmar Weber and Patrick Sönke are combining the know-how of their organizations.
IWOfurn has been known as a transformation engine since 2008, successfully driving digitization in the home & furnishings industry through its platforms. IWOfurn enables the networking of over 1,000 companies in the daily exchange of business data and process digitalization. IWOfurn is supported by an advisory board consisting of: BVDM, DCC, Mittelstandsverbund ZGV as well as VDM.
Integrated Worlds has been a successful and cross-industry pioneer for the digital transformation of medium-sized companies since 1996. With its customer-centric thinking, it has already developed many flexible and scalable solutions for electronic data exchange and the automation of trade and logistics processes. Its web-based and mobile applications strengthen the entire value chain from purchasing to sales.
The merger of the two companies is thus a real transformation accelerator for medium-sized businesses. The two companies have been cooperating closely for years and are expanding important competencies and services during the merger. Combining forces and additional resources leads to new service packages and competencies that help us to meet your growing requirements and goals.
With the new platform FXM — Feedback & Experience Management — we are facing new challenges for the use of Big Data and artificial intelligence. Here, we can work with you to optimize your process world based on data-driven empirical values and develop the foundations for your strategic decisions.
Since 2021, we have been constantly expanding and optimizing our service offering. As a customer, you will benefit from new service centers that ideally complement the services of both companies. These include:

Through the consistent use of synergies, the transformation turbo will be ignited along the entire value chain and in various medium-sized industries! The newly formed company will then serve more than 1,500 companies worldwide with more than 30 million business transactions. By the end of 2022, the company will employ around 60 people. The managing directors and shareholders Klaus Bröhl, Dietmar Weber and Patrick Sönke ensure the continuity of their current business and actively shape the expected growth.
